Default Future Plans

Leslie, I think I can imagine all the positive experiencies you gathered while writting this book. I am sure that you could compose a second book, comprising all the "side stories" of your survey, right?

But History of Food can be really addictive!!! Don't you agree?

Do you have any future plans, you would like to share with us?

After Lewis and Clark, what?

Dear Athenaeus,

Right now I am travelling to several events for the Lewis and Clark Cookbook, and doing cooking demonstrations, book signings and dinners with restaurants. These events are throughout the summer.

Leslie
