 How do you do that voodoo that you do? Rick welcome to Cheftalk it is a pleasure to have you here. My question regards multi-tasking in terms of your life and business. You own restaurants, manufacturing companies, you write books, give interviews, cook, teach, give tours, etc., etc., etc..... Do you sleep? I have known a couple of people whose lives seem to run at 100mph how do you manage everything? Thanks for your time, I look forward to asking more questions.

| VooDoo Dear Chrose, I am one of those lucky guys that gets to do what they love everyday. That being said, remember, I do have a great staff of people that help me with everything that I am involved in. Some that have been with me from the start. I try to balance what I can, and sure, sometimes it gets overwhelming, but I manage it with a lot of help. |
