| What's your favorite relleno? I've been looking for one that stands out. Kind of hard because the ingredients tend to be on the subtle side, but when they balance just right I find them so enjoyable. I haven't figured out precisely what that balance is though. I know it's often the sauce that turns me off. Too sweet, or chunky. Phil |

| Hi Phatch, I really like the classic, soufflé-battered stuffed poblanos (usually I get one cheese, and one with minced-pork picadillo) with roasted tomato-chile sauce. |
