| Rick, I have just finished reading "Mexican Everyday", and I have to tell you I think your book is great. So many times I have picked up cookbooks about simple, everyday cooking and have closed them, being left unsatisfied. Yours is different. With each page I found a new recipe that I want to try or new inspiration for creating my own easy meals. As a chef I often fall into the rut of not wanting to cook, at home, after 10-16 hours cooking for others. Your book has reminded me that not all cooking has to be time consuming and complex. Thank you again for giving me a wake up call, and I look forward to experimenting with your book.
