| I am in need of a Sangria recipe. Nothing too fancy. A Memorial Day get together with employees. Salmon,ribs,chix,(grill) pork butt, brisket (smoker) TYIA |

| Start with a pitcher and some sliced fruit. The sky’s the limit but I’d recommend oranges, limes and plums. Mash the fruit somewhat on the bottom of the pitcher. Then, add one bottle of a light and fruity red like Bardolino from Italy or Beaujolais from France and a ¼ cup of sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and then add 6 oz of seltzer and ice. You can use white if you prefer but again, something light & fruity. Mark
