my favorites are a nice rich valipocella

or a spicy south african zinfandel

or even a chilled pinot grigio.

i have an 11 yr old bottle of moet and chandon dom perignon given to me as a . i don't dare drink,yet.

i enjoy trying and tasting wines.. such schwellwer shwartz cat mosel 1993.

i am tired can't spell. i find that by keeping wine catalog with the meal i served is an excellant way to self educate.
