| my favorites are a nice rich valipocella or a spicy south african zinfandel or even a chilled pinot grigio. i have an 11 yr old bottle of moet and chandon dom perignon given to me as a . i don't dare drink,yet. i enjoy trying and tasting wines.. such schwellwer shwartz cat mosel 1993. i am tired can't spell. i find that by keeping wine catalog with the meal i served is an excellant way to self educate. try and see ------------------ |

| I am a little more awake now.. my favs: CAVIT Pinot Grigio kendall jackson chardonnay secco bertani valpolicella tosti asti ecco domani merlot when it comes to scotch.. glenlivet absolute matini chilled in the summertime grand marnier and amaretto margaritas.. mmm i am getting thirsty. ------------------ |
