Does anybody out there serve BC wines in their restaurants ?. I think that wines from BC are probably the tops in Canada, please tell me what your favorite wines are.

Have you had any vintages from the Niagara region (Ontario)? Haven't had BC wines but have had wonderful experience with a few higher-end Niagara offerings (I like Hillebrand Estate's Cabernet)

Hey Live_to_cook, I actually haven't had any wines from the Niagra Region, I guess I'll have to make a trip to the liquor store and get some information and probably a couple of different wines from that region. Thank you for the suggestion.
