Default Wine and Food

Taste the wine and think of what reminds one of there past. Then think about what you would enjoy ( food ) with that thought. ?

This always works.

Default Food for Thought

That's so great, Ma Facon! I love the pure randomness of your menu-generating technique. Plus, cooking is becoming more cerebral all the time. Tell me, why do I seem to be the only one who LOVES white wine with chocolate. It is oh so much more preferable to me than any dessert wine, port wine or red wine pairing I have ever had. I swear, it's like nobody else is even paying attention.
