| I know red wine is supposed to go well w/ red meat. But what about ham? |

| You can do a lighter bodied red wine with ham. You could also think about a Rose. It depends on what seasoning you use on the ham. The biggest thing that I've learned over the years is to drink what YOU like best with your meal. I have a friend who is an avid cork dork, but he doesn't get caught up with the "traditional rules." He drinks a Cab with dishes like Halibut. So drink what you are going to enjoy most. I hope that helps you some. Zach |
