Default things to do with Scotch?

I have Drunken Shrimp by Emeril. What else can I make with it? This is not single malt, which is why my friend isn't interested in drinking it. It's a blend, fine for cooking.

Thanks.

Throw it in your camping box. Everything tastes better in the woods....
Actually, a decent recipe is to soak ribsteaks in Scotch for an hour and pan-sear. Be careful you don't light those first few puffs of steam on fire- there is a lot of alcohol in there! I got a serious buzz-on one night from having to cook about 2 dozen of those and standing over all that hard liquor steam.....

If you're curing salmon, drizzle some over the filet before curing.

Split some vanilla beans and toss them in the bottle. Store in cool dry place for 6 months.

Anything with chocolate. Truffles come to mind. So does a cheesecake.
