| Hi Everybody. I'm writing an article on banana desserts for my cooking column. I need a recipe for banana cream pie. I don't have one of my own and I do not reprint published recipes without permission. I don't want anything light or low fat. I'm looking for a classic, rich recipe. | blindbake a sweetcrust pastry case that has shredded lemon rind in it. Allow to cool. half fill with dulche latte ( see condensed milk cooking in this forum) whip 2 bananas with 10fl oz whipping cream, i tbsn creme de banan, sugar, vanilla esscence. & itbsn rum.
