Default Pullman Loaf Pans

I would like to purchase some pullman loaf pans. Is there anything specific that I need to look for as far as quality is concerned?

Also, Does anyone know where I can find used baking and pastry equipment?

Pullman loaf pans can be purchased at King Arthur Flour and I think that the brand they carry is Chicago Metallic, a good brand.

Don't try and pinch pennies. If they war or get out of shape you will have real problems with Panini's good fitting tops
