| Can someone tell me what ratio of fruit to custard I should mix to make a blueberry cheesecake? I normally make just plain, and I didnt want to end up with a lot of waste. Thanks all. |

| I have a cheesecake recipe that calls for 6 cups of cream. When I want to make a berry flavored version, I omit 4 cups of that cream, and replace it with fruit puree. Of course, the intensity of flavor in the puree may vary, but I use 'Perfect Puree' for consistent results. Good luck! |
