Default Freezing Desserts

Can I freeze Tiramisu and coffee cakes and then take out at a later date?

The coffee cakes will be just fine, as long as they are wrapped tightly during freezing and thawing. Tiramisu may become less smooth as a result of freezing, but the same rules apply.
