Wink Baking Cookies

I want to know what is the best place for oven racks when baking cookies?
And can I bake two cookie sheets at the same time?

Thanks

I do mine on the middle rack, dead centre in my oven. I can't do 2 trays on teh same rack since my oven at home isn't big enough but you can if you can fit.

The oven?

Just kidding. I bake two at a time all the time. Some cookies tolerate oven company better than others. Chocolate chip seem to like the oven all to themselves, right smack in the middle. Oatmeal raisin, shortbreads seem to share pretty well. When using two racks I put them in the upper and lower thirds of the oven.
