 looking for recipe for choc chip cookie cake NOT a giant cookie- my boyfriend saw a cookie cake on tv and hasn't stopped talking about it for a week! i googled and found a chocolate chip cake, a giant sheet cookie, cookie bars, but not a plain old round, thick cake(made in a cake mold, not ona acookie sheet or pizza tray) made from chocolate chip cookie dough. i'm kind of a newbie, so experimenting is out of the question- hahaha. any help? i'm also making a cheesecake- any inventive flavors you can suggest? thanks so much!  |

| re Choc-Chip Cookie Cake I suspect that what you're seeking is similar to one that I've baked -- somewhat surprisingly, perhaps -- in a slow-cooker (crock pot). Technical expertise is definitely irrelevant; but the result is quite satisfying.
