i want some good idea and repice to make carrot cake without use cream cheese i love carrot but i can't eat cearm cheese

We bake our carrot cake in a 3" pan and serve it just as is. We use a dam of buttercream and fill with a very thin layer of Grand Marnier fondant

That mean if the recipe call for cream cheese replace it with butter cream

I'm assuming that the cream cheese is in the icing, no?
We don't use any filling/icing between the layers. We put a little something sweet on top. We don't layer it, we just serve it that way. HTH
