Default Coconut mango quick bread

I have found many recipes for this, but I only have about 1 cups worth of mango, as opposed to 2,3, or 4 cups that the recipes call for. My question is, do you think it would be good if I substituted mashed banana for some of the mango?

Any tips?

It would make up for the lack of mangoes, but I'm thinking it'd give it an extra flavour to your coconut mango quick bread, more like a coconut, banana mango quick bread.
You could scale down the recipe, to 1 cup of mangoes, if you're worried about the overall flavour being changed.

I'll just call it tropical bread.

the mango is still sitting in my fridge. I got depressed and I have zero appetite or interest in cooking/baking when I get depressed.

I'm back now, and I'm hoping it's still good. It's wrinkly, but that's good for baking, right? Like a persimmon (mmmmmm... persimmon bread....).

"Tropical bread", haha, that's awesome.
Awww, baking makes my day. When I'm depressed/bored, I bake.

Oh, 1 cup of mangoes may not equate to bananas! They do seem like they have the same density, but anyhow...
Check the required weight of mangoes, and replace it the correct amount(weight) of bananas.
