| Hi, I see that some boules have a sort of "striped" flour lines around then apart from the slashes... How do u make those "stripes" ? I would love to know. Do u use some sort of brush or comb-like thing? Thx ![]() |

| Wuz, I'm going to assume those are basket marks. The breads may have been proofed in baskets. |
