| Btw, Remember i posted the issue about gummy and moist crumb quite a while ago? I dun seem to get that issue now that i've baked the bread longer at a lower temperature after the oven spring. My oven is weird. Now i'm beggining to understand it.... hehehe Thx guys! ![]() |
