Hello,
Looking for an awesome coconut cake recipe . Read some online but review says it was dense. I want something moist and coconutty. Thanks

Try this recipe. It's received mixed reviews but it was a hit with my husband.

OOPS! I almost forgot. Use canned coconut mild rather then regular milk, it adds flavor to the cake.

ina garten has a really great coconut cupcake recipe .. i think you can find it on the food network website. i would reccommend using coconut extract instead of the almond extract that she suggests.. (her way is great, but just to get that coconutty flavor a little more pronounced) .
