| i have an eclair recipe that calls for 70% buttermilk-vegetable oil spread,,,exactly what is that ?

| Buttermilk is, well...buttermilk... What's your recipe and hows the 'spread' used? (or how old is it?) Never heard of an eclair recipe that used a spread. (well...unless it's butter or margarine) OK, my curiosity is peeked now... April |

| Look into the Shedd Spread made with butter milk. It may have a different brand name but it's a margerine or buttery spread.
