| Hi. I baked a cherry pie on Tuesday night for Thursday's Thanksgiving dinner. I messed up, I think, cuz I baked it and I meant to freeze it and bake on Thursday. Can I freeze the baked pie or is it better not to? Should I refrigerate it or just leave it out for two days? ![]() |

| Beep, You might encounter a little softness or shrinking either way. I would just keep it in a cool place. Remember, you didn't mess up, you're trying a new technique It will be wonderful! I'm never dissapointed having a piece of cherry, Sat. or Sun. after Turk. Day. Just my 2 cents, cover and keep cool, and don't let your guests forget the meaning of the Holiday. Have a very pleasant Dinner, Panini the health police might jump on, but I think there is plenty of acid. keep cool is not the ice box Last edited by panini; 11-22-2006 at 05:02 AM. |
