I saw Kitchen Krafts site is there a better place before I purchase

The're pretty high priced for commercial but I guess it's ok pricing for home use where you don't need to many and they ship small quantities.

I'm from Brooklyn where is restaurant depot!!?!?!
Do you have to OWN a restaurant or just have a Biz Tax Id
