Good day to you. Couple of things I am not a chef. But I love too eat. I do have a question for anyone whom reads this. My boss asked me to make a dish for and office get together (training) Since it is rather boring, I figured that people would need a nice pick me up. I was planing on making a funnle cake with strwberries and whiped cream and a chocolate sauce which is syrup. But I was thinking of making one with kiwi but I dont have a sauce in mind to put on that. Could anyone give me a sugestion. Keep in mind that I am litearly the only guy in this office so this would help keep my job lol. thanks in advance

Hi! Don't know if this is in time to save your job but it is a good dessert sauce and I think would work with kiwi. 6 oz good quality white chocolate..make sure you taste it 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream 3 Tbsp Mandarin Napoleon or Grand Marnier Melt the white chocolate in double boiler and remove from heat Grandually add cream stirring constantly Add liquer refridgerate until needed. hope that helps

I'm wondering how well funnel cakes will hold up over time? In my experience, if you don't get them fresh and hot, they lose some of their yummyness. Just a thought.
