| Been making this cheddar-sage bread for awhile, which everyone loves. Now I'm wondering about other herb breads. Anyone got some suggestions and recipes? Thanks. |

| Good morning, a couple of breads I make that I enjoy are an Asiago cheese using an italian or white bread recipe. A Rosemary bread (formed like a Ciabatta) using a Ciabatta recipe. (I suppose sour dough could be used) and a Pesto bread, italian recipe with the addition on a fresh pesto. Also you could sprinkle thyme over a favorite loaf (like a foccacia) These make the kitchen smell wonderful. I have not made it yet but thinking about a nice light lavender....any thoughts comments.. or a taragon... just a hint for background flavors...the "what is that" result.

| I make a foccacia with feta cheese and thyme, the other day I made one with peaches, but I imagine it would be good with any stone fruit. |

| Good morning...I currently make all the bread our restaurant uses..we use an herb bread with basil, parsley, thyme, oregano, granulated garlic and italian seasoning. People tell me all the time how wonderful it is..especially toasted. |
