You have to let us/me know how your workshops went..
Did you know about or go to pastry arts open house with Chef Nils Noren and David Arnold last Thursday? That would have been so interesting.

I would love to go to one of these things. Just to observe of course.. Kinda old to be starting another career!
Where I live, its the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts.. I haven't seen any workshops or open houses like you guys are offered, at least not so far..
