they sell this book at borders, exclusively i think for about $10, and there are several of them, desserts, baking, asian food, rice, and a few more i believe... great book, and has conversion to metric, in case you live across the pond (and for the record, i am NOT SAYING that one system is better than the other, they are both merely different and have theyre own advantages and disadvantages)
