 Iza, I saw the episode of the chocolate roulade last weekend on PBS...Jaques and Julia. That is exactly what I was trying to make, but I missed some of the ratios of the recipe, so I turned to my textbook to find something similar if not the same. That is when I came across the Buche de Noel recipe and thought it was the same. Like I said before, I have yet to take the baking and pastry segment at school.  Thanks for the recipe! I am still waiting for my cookbooks to arrive by mail. And that, Jaques and Julia, is one of the few I am waiting for.   |
