Hmm Thoughts on expanding the baking & pastry forums?

I have been wondering if we should expand the Baking and Pastry forums a little? We pretty much have only one topic devoted to Baking and Pastries, and maybe we need to expand a little. We can creat a baking and pastry category, with the forums underneath. What do you guys think? Beyond that, what types of forums do you think would be interesting to add to this possible new category?

Thanks,

How about one for Baking and one for Pastries or Production Baking and Restaurant Baking?
Thanks!

I think that we can do it, the trick M brown is that we don't want to have so many forums that people get lost if you know what I mean. In most cases when I have seen web sites with tons of forums there are always two or three that are just dead with few posts. Maybe we need to zero in on what forums would be most useful to everyone. I definitely would like to see the Pastry area grow.

Yes I don't see why you can't expend. Why not. Definitely keep the troubleshooting right handly.
