 Need Help Remembering A Recipe Years ago, a friend told me about a foreign dish called (phonetically anyway) "BED-E-BLE-MOON-EH" Can anyone refresh my memory and tell me what it is exactly? Thanks!!       |

| Your friend must have been Syrian. Bedeblemouneh is a lemony hollandaise sauce usually served over rice. My grandmother makes the best!
