Cool Like to meet other Pastry Chefs

I'm new to this forum. I just wanted to say Hi and find out if there are any other pastry chefs out there that would like to share ideas, recipes, etc. I am currently working for a large hotel/resort but will be leaving soon to take a pastry chef position at a country club. Any other country club pastry chefs out there? If so write to me.
Thanks,
Pam

I wish you the very best luck, I used to be a pastry chef of a very select country club and I was very lucky because I learned very much working in a country club environment.

It seems to me that you will be working in a less stressful situation, so take advantage of that and create newer items and techniques.

My website is "chefluisamado.com"

Once again I wish you the very best, and dont work too hard (lol)

Default Pastry Chef Here

Although currently unemployed...in my last position I was the exec pastry chef for a 4 star hotel in Chicago. I would be happy to share recipes and stories with you anytime.
