Default Peanut Butter Fudge

Do most of the other fudge recipes that people make include whipped marshmallow? I have look through many peanut butter fudge recipes and they all include it?

I have never used whipped marshmallow with my peanutbutter fudge. It might be great with a rocky road fudge, though.
I always have a jar of it (along w/ fr. van ice cr. & fudge & caramel) My hubby LOVES his desserts!

Default i use a russian fudge recipe

that i add peanut butter too , and also i add some roasted peanuts too it as well for a bit of extra texture. If you need the recipe just sing out

it makes the most gorgous nutty caramel tasting peanut butter fudge , and if you want to be really decadent you can use the mix while its hot and pour it over icecream, and it makes a very luxurious decadent fudgy sauce

Default Multi Layer Fudge

Has anyone tried a multi layer fudge?
I found this recipe that looks good, but might be difficult:

My mother was not a cook, but one of the few things she made well was peanut butter fudge. I have never found a a good recipe, that was the PB taste her's had. So I'm anxiously awaiting the postings in this thread.

Hi there,

I've never used marshmallow cream in my PB fudge (although my husband would love it!).

I love the PB fudge recipe from Gayle Gand on Foodnetwork.com:

Good luck!
