| Make a cheesecake batter. Grease well and bread crumb (or cookie, cake crumbs.) a rectangular pan. Bake as you would a cheese cake and when it comes time to take the cake out of the pan: Run a knife along the edges of the cake Heat the bottom on stove flame, very quickly. Place plastic wrap over the cold cake. Put serving platter or cardboard over plastic wrap and flip over. Then, put cardboard or serving platter on "top" of cake and flip back. Voila, decorate as needed. |

| Can anyone tell me how to bake a cheesecake without a crust, like the bakeries do? There is even a bakery near me that makes cheesecakes without a crust that are like regular rectangular cakes and are decorated like a regular cake is. I'd love to know how to do this. |
