I'm working on a project here in Chicago that is to be a "dessert diner," featuring homestyle desserts for sit-down or carry-out. I'm interested in hiring a pastry chef with significant experience in large production of sweets - cookies, cupcakes, layer cakes, pies, etc. The emphasis here is on quality, value and comfort, not on fancy product.
