| When I was in Europe for two years doing some training a large part of it was spent at a patisserie in Geneve, Switzerland. They made some of the most incredible chocolates that I have ever tasted. Nothing like Fannie May or Godiva, I mean like really out of this world. Since being back in the states, I have found one place that makes chocolates of the caliber that I found in Europe. So far the best chocolates I have tasted are from Le Francais in Wheeling Illinois. They are very pricy, but they are excellent. Anyone else have some ideas on where to get great chocolates? |
