Smile Flourless chocolate cake anyone?

I would like to know if anyone can point me to a good recipe for flourless chocolate cake? Or if you have a recipe if you wouldn't mind posting it.

Thanks again.

P.S.
Keep it simple if possible I am just an amature.

Flourless CHOCOLATE CAKE

COMBINE
2 # 4 OZ MELTED DARK CHOCOLATE

1# 12 OZ EGGS whole
4 oz LIQUOR (coffee, raspberry, your choice)

FOLD IN
1 QTS WHIPPED HEAVY CREAM
4 OZ SUGAR

FILL EACH aluminum 4 oz cup (spray with pam or the like.) CUP ALMOST TO TOP, BAKE H2O BATH 350F.
YIELD 25-30 PORTIONS.

Hope this works for you, it's the formula I use. You can cut it down by half.
Very rich. Serve with lightly sweetened whipped cream, vanilla bean Ice cream or some other mellow item.
