| I would like to know if anyone can point me to a good recipe for flourless chocolate cake? Or if you have a recipe if you wouldn't mind posting it. Thanks again. P.S. Keep it simple if possible I am just an amature. |

| Flourless CHOCOLATE CAKE COMBINE 2 # 4 OZ MELTED DARK CHOCOLATE 1# 12 OZ EGGS whole 4 oz LIQUOR (coffee, raspberry, your choice) FOLD IN 1 QTS WHIPPED HEAVY CREAM 4 OZ SUGAR FILL EACH aluminum 4 oz cup (spray with pam or the like.) CUP ALMOST TO TOP, BAKE H2O BATH 350F. YIELD 25-30 PORTIONS. Hope this works for you, it's the formula I use. You can cut it down by half. Very rich.
