 Pastry Courses Hello, I live in Italy and would like to attend a pastry course in Britain. Does anybody know a school or centre where I could attend a course for one or two weeks? Thanks!  |

| The chef I used to work for worked for them in London. I don't know if they teach, but if you decide to learn by working for them, be forewarned: they aren't the nicest guys! |

| I won a trip to England with the Renshaw Co. They make superiour almond pastes and fondants. It was a wonderful experiance, and I found the other winners were quite talented and came from all over, Scotland, Ireland and Wales. So check out the Shaw's guide to be found on the cheftalk home page and start there. I would contact the schools from there. Good Luck!!!  PS, my trip was a long time ago......
