Default Corn bread recipes

It's a cool, rainy day here, so I decided to make beef stew. I like to serve corn bread with it, but it is a recipe that I have often revamped. I prefer my corn bread to be slightly moist with a hint of sweetness. The current recipe that I use is a honey corn bread recipe, but it still tends to be on the drier side. Does anyone have a recipe for homemade corn bread that meets my description?

Try adding some creamed corn and/or sour cream to replace some of the wet ingredients.

Thanks for the idea, Henry. I will try one of those ingredients.
