Default Great Maple Bars

at work i am instructed to make a family meal... maple bars with bacon on top... anyone have a great maple bars recipe?

The only tough part will be the maple glaze.

On second thought, it's probally just maple syrup with powdered sugar.

thats what im talking about... i would of course make them a lot more pretty tho! but i was looking for a recipe for the doughnut its self.. i can figure out the bacon part!

* the hot side sous chef is buggin me about makin these, she had seen them from Voodoo doughnuts and thought i could make them better.

I usually just use a sweet roll dough but a little softer.
