Default cheesecake bars

Hi,
Planning to make cheesecake bars for a bake sale at work. I thought bars would be easier than cheesecake slices. Anyone have a good recipe. I really like the cream cheese chocolate swirl bars from American Cookie Co. at the mall. I am not sure what it is called. Basically a brownie like crust with cream cheese and melted chocolate swirled?

I may just try a graham cracker crust and a cream cheese topping and addcl semi choc chips...

I found food network Tyler Florence lemon blueberrry cream cheesecake bar and may omit the lemon and blueberry and used the basic concept. By the way, is there a basic concept to cheesecake flavors?

I really need a good crust that can cut into bars and not too crumbly that typical cheecakecake makes.

You can always use a sponge cake crust - won't have to worry about messy crumbs.
