after clicking onto CHEFTALK.COM and looking at the photo of the Cinnamon roll, I've caved.

Pricing them now, to make them this week...

Man, I'm weak..lol

You know you can make a very nice cut using nylon fishing string.

i just got done swallowing a bite of my freshly baked cinnamon rolls! i was supposed to take a picture to share with you guys, but i dug into them and forgot!

i used a recipe from baking illustrated and of course tweaked it for my taste. and then we had no cream cheese for a delicious schmear on top, so i went with a glaze. they were fantastic!
