Low fat cooking tips also appreciated!
Should we start a thread on special needs diets?

Great idea, m brown - I am finding that this website is not only a great place to talk food with knowledgeable people, but a terrific resource as well.

I think that is a wonderful idea!

MBrown, I have found several good gluten-free recipes at SOAR. They have a section of recipes devoted to gluten-free at http://soar.berkeley.edu/recipes/gluten-free/

Also, I just took a reservation for a couple that need gluten-free cooking for March. They will either be sending me recipes or mixes, if they are recipes, I'll share!

Hope this helps, we had had a thread on gluten free cooking on a B&B chatline a couple of months ago; I'll search the archives and see what I can come up with!

Happy baking! I've got to go get started on tomorrow's pies!

lynne

I'm sorry I can't find the gluten free cookies. I know I have a sugar cookie and a shortbread recipes but where...

I do have other recipes that do not contain flour if you would like some just let me know.
