I got a reply from SAF earlier today, They said:

Currently, we do not have distribution in Canada. You can buy SAF Perfect
Rise Gourmet Yeast at cooking.com.

Iza,

Glad you got a reply and found a place to purchase it. However, I am very surprised that they don't currently have any Canadian distribution. Thanks for letting me know the real skinny.
