Default Where to find the best ingredients?

I know for baking that the best ingredients should be used to get the best quality. There are no shops here that are sell specific baking ingredients or supplies so I have to go with the normal things you can find at any store. Does anyone know where I could get more specific ingredients, for example flour, confectionery sugar, vanilla extract at a franchised store?
Thanks in advance.

Welcome to Chef Talk, Samira.

There are online sources for flour and other baking ingredients (King Arthur is one) and for spices (Penzeys is my fave). Penzeys has good vanilla (skip the Double Vanilla and opt for the single, IMHO), cinnamon and other baking spices, and you can purchase them in small amounts so they don't go stale.

King Arthur has a vast array of flours, leavenings and other baking necessities. They also have a discussion forum and material to read about the science of baking.

Of course you can get a good deal of that last right here at Chef Talk.
