| I just bought a book of vegan cupcake recipes. Has anyone here heard of it or tried any of the recipes? If so, how are they? |

| It may be helpful if you mentioned the title of the book. However, if it is the one I think it is, then yes! I've tried many of them and they have all come out good. My faves are the margarita cupcakes , chocolate with peanut butter mousse, and the cashew cardamom.

Also for vegan recipes, check out old "cake pan cake" recipes. King Arthur Flour has a number of them. They're sort of poor man cakes with no egg, butter, or milk. We make an orange one and a chocolate one almost daily in the cafe. They're both very moist and delish. |

| It's called Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World. It's a really cool book and most often you can't tell the cupcakes are vegan. Honest!
