| Food 911....Need to make a cheesecake for a baby shower tomorrow. Have some blueberries on hand. How should I top the cheesecake the night before or make a sauce? Should I just keep it simple and do a fresh blueberry topping? Do I need sourcream to keep the berries from sliding off? What is the general base to top a cheesecake with berries?
