| I am looking for an 18 week (about 6 months) externship through the CIA for baking and pastry. I don't really know where to start besides the fact that I am pretty sure I want to do it in a bakery. Possibly one that does not JUST do cakes. I don't think the restaurant or hotel thing would be good for me. Does anyone have any suggestions? I want pastries and cakes to be the focus. I do also have a degree in TV/Digital film - I was also thinking about trying to combine them - like a food stylist or something? |
