| Use 68 oz cream cheese, 44oz white chocolate, 8 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, 7 tsp vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp almond extract. I got this off of Epicurious from a wedding cake recipe, and it's delicious! Whips up stiff, pipes well, chills well, and holds its shape wonderfully!

| The only caveat is, it doesn't end up a "pure" white. You would either need to add in a whitener, or use a color for your design.
