 looking for good baking and decorating books Hello everyone, I am thinking about working on my baking and decorating skills and am looking to eventually enter some competitions when I feel I am competent enough to do so. I have thought of some deserts that I feel could be entered if I just had the honed skill to accomplish them. I am needing some opinions on what are the best cookbooks for pastry chefs. I am especially interested in the decorating books and could really use some advice in that area. I am a visual learner so a book full of text will not benefit me as well as one with photos on steps and techniques. I learn best from doing, but the visuals help me to absorb and comprehend the information better. Are there any suggestions you could recommend? Thanks, Jeremy      |

| May I suggest Roland Mesnier's books? Lots of good ideas in them. I have been privilged enough to work with him on a couple occations. Nice gentleman.
